Top 5 ranking for Peter Cooper by Volkswagen
The staff at one of the south’s largest car dealerships, Peter Cooper Volkswagen Group, are celebrating after being ranked in the top five in a rating of the more than 200 Volkswagen dealers across the UK.
The Volkswagen internal rankings index, released quarterly, rates dealerships according to a number of key factors, including customer satisfaction for both sales and after-sales, a competitive finance offering and also their efficiency of repair works.
Darren Cooper, managing director of the Peter Cooper Volkswagen Group, said it was fantastic recognition for a successful local business and its dedicated team of staff.
“We have continuously been rated in the top 10 throughout 2011, but reaching number five in the most recent quarter is a particularly rewarding achievement. This ranking is an important indicator of our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service, not just at the point of sale but throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicle,” he said.
Darren added: “However, we are not content to remain at number five – all of us at Peter Cooper Volkswagen Group are determined to improve on this further and reach the coveted number one ranking!”
