Following the Government's announcement of England’s Lockdown 2 ending on 2nd December 2020, we wanted to reassure our customers that we are open as usual for all departments.

From Wednesday 2nd December onwards:

• All Service departments are open as usual for all your servicing, repair, parts and MOT requirements.
• All Showrooms are physically open. We are pleased to be able to handle all aspects of purchasing a New or Approved Used vehicle either from our showrooms or remotely through the comfort of your home.
• Buy online - Did you know you can complete the whole purchase of buying a Volkswagen, SsangYong or Prestige Car remotely? You select a car, apply for finance and sign the finance documents, receive a part exchange valuation and take delivery of your new car at home, all through our e-commerce website.
• All sites are offering Covid-19 contactless drop off for service and click and collect contactless handovers.
• All our sites have adopted stringent Covid-19 safety measures to help protect you and us from the disease. We’ve introduced hand sanitising stations, safety screens, all customer facing staff are wearing face coverings, Steri-7 cleaning of all surfaces, protection for your vehicle with seat, steering wheel and gear lever covers as well as applying our Steri-7 spray in the vehicles cockpit area.
