Recruitment and HR Administrator

We are currently looking for a  Recruitment and HR Administrator  to join our successful team and provide efficient, high quality Recruitment and onboarding support across the group.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting managers with the recruitment process from receiving recruitment requests through online job posting and tracking the progress using Recruitment Tracker /ATS Platform
  • Liaising with hiring managers and recruitment agencies through the recruitment process
  • Gathering approved job Offers
  • Onboarding and systems set up,
  • Gathering of the New Starter Forms
  • Issuing Induction packs for new starters
  • Filing confidential employee documents using Breathe HR system
  • Working closely with external HR provider
  • Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience required

  • Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload whilst managing expectations.
  • Some internal recruitment experience at administrative level would be advantageous
  • A proven ability to identify and complete work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting changing needs and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating across all levels, both internally and externally
  • Good IT skills
