After Sales Manager  

We are seeking talented After Sales Manager to join our successful After Sales team in Southampton. The main objective of the role is to maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques

Key Objectives of the role:

  • Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum revenue and profitability through the sale of labour, parts and materials
  • Control stock and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
  • Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
  • Ensure your team are fully engage with the latest digital tools to achieve a fully blended experience
  • Conduct timely quarterly reviews and appraisals with all staff
  • To achieve and deliver on all Peter Cooper Motor Group and Volkswagen Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s)
  • To achieve the financial budget each month and throughout the year
