The flagship model is the first Volkswagen to have the newly developed IQ.Light HD LED matrix headlights. The interactive lighting system makes driving at night even more comfortable.
Volkswagen has also upgraded the high-end interior, and the Innovision Cockpit features the latest hardware and software.
The suspension has been enhanced, with a new roof load sensor fitted, using electronics to improve the comfort and performance depending on the roof load.
With its new technologies, the Touareg is more versatile and multi-faceted than ever before. The newly designed front and rear ends mean the update is instantly recognisable.
Particularly distinctive features include the LED tail light clusters – these are now designed as a light strip and feature a red illuminated Volkswagen logo, and is the first Volkswagen to have this design feature.
The trim line up for the new Touareg is simpler than ever before, with the brand new Elegance (available exclusively with eHybrid), the familiar and popular Black Edition, and finally our flagship ‘R’ trim (with the most powerful powertrain). All trims will be available from launch.
The new Touareg will be launched in five powertrain versions available for customer ordering from Thursday 20 July:

The new Touareg pricing is positioned extremely competitively versus the outgoing model, with no increase to the on-the-road (OTR) and providing great value for money to the customer. The below pricing is effective as of open for order on 20 July 2023.
